Isa is the proprietress of the Siren's Lament, a bar/club situated in an old pirate ship that's inexplicably stuck up in the cliffs of Reedcleft Ascent upon which the city of Tempos is built. A popular spot and something of a local tourist attraction, Siren's Lament sees a lot of people coming and going, and it's no wonder her proprietress would have a lot of interesting things to share.
